LionWebsiteDesign provides AI-assisted website design and development services, delivered across three tiers: Starter, Business, and Premium/E-commerce, as described on our Pricing page.
Each plan’s price and inclusions are listed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Anything not explicitly listed for your tier is considered out of scope and may be quoted separately.
Projects are billed as a one-time fee, payable via PayPal or Stripe at checkout, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Full payment is due before final delivery of your completed website.
Timelines depend on plan tier and how quickly you provide content and feedback. Each plan includes the revision rounds listed on the Pricing page; additional revisions beyond that may be quoted separately.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, content (text, images, logos), and timely feedback needed to complete your project. Delays in providing these may extend your project timeline.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website transfers to you, the client. LionWebsiteDesign retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
LionWebsiteDesign is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the delivered website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country / State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Either party may terminate a project prior to completion; fees for work already completed remain payable. See our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.
